Sound of Milledge Success
Last week, Delta Tau Delta hosted a singing competition called Sound of Milledge and the girls from AOII loved getting the opportunity to sing their hearts out in this fun greek competition! Here is a short testimony from two of their first year newbies:
Raeven Faulkner says:
“This year was the first year I had the privilege of performing in the Sound of Milledge competition, representing my sorority, Alpha Omicron Pi. Singing has always been a major part of my life and so performing in order to raise awareness and money for a good cause, Juvenile Diabetes, made it that much more enjoyable. The event took place at Georgia Theatre, which was surreal because we got to perform on the same stage as many well-known musicians. There were so many people in attendance and we ended up walking away with the 3rd place trophy. Delta Tau Delta did a great job in organizing this event, and I hope to perform in it in the upcoming years.”
Alyssa Bidwell says:
“I am so proud of all the work we put into it and how much fun it turned out to be. Each of us had such unique voices and energy so it was so cool to see our performance come together!”
Thank you so much ladies for your participation and thank you DTD for a great night
for a great cause!
