A Picture is Worth 1,000 Words

Devon Tucker is a rising junior Chi Omega with a talent and love for photography. She is a visual journalism major with a studio art minor, and she has an impressive resume full of experience. Devon first found her passion for photography in high school, getting hired by the PTA to photograph her school. She went on a Student National Geographic Trip in Costa Rica, which underscored her love for photography. She finds a way to capture the moment perfectly in all of her pictures, showing the emotion behind all of the scenery. She began to display her talents in Athens when she started working for the Red and Black last August and is now also the head photographer for Explore Athens. She loves to photograph places that people don’t see very often and does a lot of work during concerts.
